Flights depart from Nassau via one of our approved local air partners. Details are confirmed 2 weeks prior to departure.
Question 2: Are there blackout dates?
Yes, but most major Bahamian holidays are available! Our 2026 black out dates are: April 2nd - April 5th, 2026; and July 2nd - July 11th, 2026 Availability is confirmed within 48 hours.
Question 3: Is everything really included?
Yes! Flights, villa, daily breakfast and lunch, boat tour, golf cart, and taxes.
Question 4: Is it refundable?
Bookings are refundable up to one month in advance. Within 15-30 days there’s a 50% refund; anything less than 15 days is non-refundable.
Question 5: Can I upgrade my villa?
Yes. 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom options are available upon request.

We are a 7 villa property ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Each villa represents an island of the Bahamas. Our property is well known for always being clean and offering exceptional service. All of our villas are pool view rooms with a unique design to match their island namesake.
The location is convenient right by the airport, and every beach is only a 5 minute golf cart ride away, the breakfast here is delicious and the staff is very kind and helpful-especially Dexi, RJ, Gabby and Daikai! I loved our experience here and we already want to go back!
